The document is structured in four chapters. The first contextualizes the forest conservation in Tocache, examining the main mechanisms of management of forested areas. The second summarizes a study of High Conservation Values (HCV) and High Carbon stock (HCS)identifying 317,560 hectares priority and five runners key biological. The third chapter discusses 11 scenarios of tenure and legal status of forests, suggesting conservation strategies in situ and identifying 35 strategic sites. Finally, the fourth chapter presents recommendations for the effective management, including conservation modalities such as the strengthening and creation of concessions for conservation, the promotion of local forests, the enlargement of the Area of Regional Conservation (ACR) Forests of Shunté and Mishollo, the promotion of protective forests and local, the implementation of Contracts of Assignment of Use for Agroforestry Systems (CCUSAF), and conservation agreements with landowners.
